JIM CAPUTO | SECRETARY
I have lived in Orchard Place since 2006. A big part of my decision to move here was the appearance of the community that summer as I drove along Orchard Place from Lambert to Lorraine.
As Secretary, my primary responsibilities are to assure that all of our members have in force home owners insurance and for the required minimum amount. I also write the minutes for all Association Meetings.

ANDREW DORN | PRESIDENT
My wife Jennifer and I came to Orchard Place in 2018 and have lived in Glen Ellyn since 1990. We were immediately attracted to the building designs, green space and warmth of the community.
As President, I lead the Board meetings and make sure we comply with the Covenants, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations and help to ensure the that Orchard Place is a safe, attractive and enjoyable community to live in. I am always available to speak directly with owners about questions, suggestions or concerns they may have.

GEORGE KENNEDY | VICE PRESIDENT
I have been a resident of Glen Ellyn for 40 years, and we downsized to Orchard Place in 2012 because we loved the way it reflects the style and character of Glen Ellyn.
Being a retired operations manager, I have an interest in the physical plant of our beautiful OP complex. As a board member I will work to ensure that we maintain the quality and integrity of our great property.

DIANE FANNING | VICE PRESIDENT
My husband, Mark and I moved to Orchard Place in April of 2015. We continually comment on how blessed we are to be part of such a wonderful community.
In 2016, Jim Bell asked if I was interested in running for the board. I agreed to run knowing this would be an excellent opportunity to learn more about our community and association.
I am currently working on gathering and organizing all the knowledge, expertise, and experience that Jim Bell and the board has accumulated during the past twenty plus years in order to preserve this information for future boards.
